DIY Interactive Tables

DIY Interactive Tables - Heat-Sensitive LEDs for Home Raves (VIDEO)
Heat-Sensitive LEDs for Home Raves

The geniuses at Evil Mad Scientist have released an updated do-it-yourself kit to make your own interactive LED coffee tables. They give you a large pre-printed circuit board and a soldering kit. You then attach several hundred LED bulbs, which are relatively inexpensive. Then you put the circuit board under glass, or translucent plexiglass for an even cooler look, and the diodes respond to heat, creating the entrancing wave of light patterns.

Now instead of people going home to be wrapped in the blue glow of their TV screens, they have the option of zoning out to their interactive LED tables.
